The Noble Amassment of Hats is a fine hat found in Unique, Vintage and Unusual quality!
I plan to get my collection going, based on levels, quality, effects, etc.! Although I am merely a poor boy based on my backpack, I'm looking to acquire such items. I am willing to offer the following:
•Fair prices in metal. For the most part, people use spreadsheet, which isn't all that bad considering it's helpful when you have items you're not sure of. However, some spreadsheets provide misinformation, or late information as some supply/demand goes down for some items that go undocumented. I have not fully checked, but I'd just as soon assume I am the only person interested in collecting these hats, which means I am the demand. If I'm not satisfied with a fair price you ask for, I'll kindly decline, for I'm able to get a fair price over time. You can highball me, but it won't get you a sale.
• Fair offers in items. Now, I don't have a vast reserve of metal on me, so affording a collection of this hat can be very difficult. That's why if you take a look through my bag in the first 4 pages, and select one (or some) items that you would be happy trading your Noble Amassment of Hats for, then discuss with me via Steam about an agreement. I can be reasonable, but sheer greed won't get you a sale.
• Monetary payments (tentative). I am not exactly wanting to pay money for such a low-tier item, however, I have that available if I feel it's worth it. I need to start building up some rep on money payments, as it is, and I'm reluctant to use this payment method at all. However, if I am interested in your Unusual Noble, then we can do the transaction the way I've done it for Earbuds—you provide the item first, I'll send the money immediately after. I have rep to go with that.
Again, I can be very negotiable, but I don't want to pay stiffly for such a nice item. I, like you, want to get the best deal, so don't be afraid to offer what you expect to receive from your item's value. I will simply counter-negotiate, as I may be the only Noble Amassment of Hats collector. My guideline? Don't be greedy, and you'll get a fair deal.
