God tier iconic multi-class hat with an effect you either love or go "meh." Not good if you want across-the-map flashy, great if you play competitive or like a subtler effect that won't make your head a beacon for every sniper on the map. I've had it for a while now and, well, it may be time to move on...depending on offers.
