I'm selling my almost unusual glitched bill's hat!
It's painted both white and with a halloween paint. The halloween paint is Spectral Spectrum (It's team colored, so it changes depending on which team you're on. It also glows), it's a glitched paint and alone its worth 10 keys.

On blue, it goes from blue to white and, on red, it's even better, it goes from red to orange to yellow.
The shifting color gives it an AMAZING look.
